What are the seven methods of QC?
Scope of application of QC methods:
QC methods are widely used and can be used in various aspects of enterprise management (including production plan control, employee thought and behavior management, quality control, cost control, delivery time control, team morale control, environmental control, safety control, efficiency control, performance appraisal, daily work management, etc.), most commonly used for quality management and improvement tracking.
The old seven methods of QC focus on statistical analysis. For the improvement after the problem occurs, the new seven methods of QC focus on the thinking and analysis process, mainly emphasizing the prevention before the problem occurs.
1. Seven old methods of QC: characteristic factor analysis diagram (fishbone diagram), Plato, check table, layer method, scatter diagram, histogram, and control diagram.
2. Seven new QC methods: relationship diagram, system diagram method, KJ method, arrow diagram method, matrix diagram method, PAPC method, and matrix data analysis method.
The Seven New Methods of Quality Control, also known as the Seven New Tools of Quality Control, mainly use more convenient methods to solve some management problems, which is different from the original "old" quality control Compared with the seven methods, it is mainly used in middle and senior management, while the old seven methods are mainly used in specific practical work.
1. In the history of quality management development, "QC" first appeared, and it is the most basic requirement of quality management for products to be shipped after inspection. The QC function is the control and statistical analysis of process data in the production and processing process, and provides relevant information to other departments.
2. The main function of quality control is to minimize various quality variations and fluctuations through a series of operating techniques and activities. It runs through the whole process of quality generation, formation and realization. In addition to controlling product variance, the quality control department is also involved in management decision-making activities to determine quality levels.
3. Quality control is to eliminate the factors that cause unqualified or unsatisfactory results in all stages of the quality cycle by monitoring the quality formation process. In order to meet the quality requirements and obtain economic benefits, various quality operation techniques and activities are adopted. 4. The methods of quality management can be divided into two categories: one is the organizational quality management based on the idea of total quality management; the other is the quality control based on mathematical statistics methods.
