3. Able to independently complete the design task of the whole set of molds;

4. Be able to use UG, Autocad, and related Office software to handle related affairs.

1. Follow up the new mold production and after the mold test, analyze the problem points of the product and propose improvement plans until the project is recognized and transferred to mass production.

2. Identify project risks, prepare emergency measures and preventive measures in time for different project risks, lead the project team to conduct regular project meetings, and form a risk escalation system;

3. Project progress monitoring; grasp the key points of the project, grasp the monitoring frequency, and deal with emergencies;

4. Maintain good communication with customers, coordinate internal and external matters related to the project, form a problem list for the problems existing in the project, and timely solve and feedback to relevant departments;

5. Strong communication skills, proactive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

Qualifications:

1. Track the production and process of each business order, and collect the receivables;

1. Responsible for the data statistics and analysis of various production reports of the production department, and the statistics and arrangement of employee attendance;

2. Responsible for the control and coordination of production documents to ensure the progress and quality;

3. Arrange the production schedule according to the production tasks and supervise the production implementation status to ensure on-time delivery;

4. Assist the supervisor and foreman to complete the project promotion work of the production department.

Qualifications:

1. Technical secondary school or above in administration and secretarial majors;

2. More than 1 year working experience as a production clerk;

3. Fluent writing, able to independently write notices, announcements, etc., with strong expression and communication skills;

4. Experience in plastic injection molding is preferred;

5. Proficient in using common office software.
