Job Responsibilities:

1. The IPQC/QA work arrangements and work objectives of the testing team have been achieved, and personnel training and testing capabilities have been improved;

2. Identify and promote the improvement of quality problems at the production site in a timely manner, reply to 8D and implement 8D improvement measures to be continuous and effective, do a good job of first article confirmation and daily on-site line inspection, lead and supervise IPQC/QA to find problems and solve them in time ;

3. Implement internal quality inspection standards and line stop early warning mechanism, and implement the company's quality process;

4. Collect and organize production quality yield data, lead and complete weekly meetings, etc.

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above;

2. More than 3 years of relevant work experience in the injection molding industry; familiar with injection molding, spraying, electroplating, silk screen and other processes;

3. Familiar with the incoming materials, process, finished product inspection standards and control of injection molding parts;

4. Understand ISO9000, ISO13485 quality system; be familiar with factory inspection, factory audit and related certification review process.

5. Familiar with exception handling process, verification, quality exception handling, customer complaint handling;

6. Have good communication and expression skills and teamwork skills, and be proactive in work.
