Job Responsibilities

1. According to market demand, carry out order review, prepare, plan, integrate resources and needs, and check the resource status; and propose and assist in solving the bottleneck part;

2. Organize and arrange material requisition plan and master production plan according to order requirements;

3. Organize the implementation of the production plan and ensure that the production plan can be implemented and completed;

4. Lead the PMC team to fully control the availability and inventory of raw materials, improve inventory turnover, and reduce inventory of raw materials/semi-finished products/finished products;

5. Coordinate engineering/quality/production/purchasing/warehouse/sales and other departments to solve abnormal production and shipments, and complete production and storage according to order requirements;

6. Complete the work indicators of the company and the department, and at the same time organize education and training to continuously improve the professional skills of the personnel in the department.

Qualifications

1. Gender is not limited, 28-38 years old, college degree or above, need to have more than 3 years of PMC work experience in consumer electronics factories, of which at least 2 years of experience in PMC supervisor management positions,

2. Have PMC management experience in the manufacturing industry and be familiar with the entire factory operation process;

3. Proficient in purchasing, material and production control, familiar with MRP operation logic;

4. Strong sense of customer service, clear thinking, strong willingness and ability to find and solve problems;

5. Individuals have strong data planning/planning/communication/coordination skills, able to stand alone and lead the team to achieve the established goals

6, can adapt to overtime, good professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility.
