Job Responsibilities

1. Follow up the new mold production and after the mold trial, analyze the problem points of the product and propose improvement plans until the project is recognized and transferred to mass production.

2. Identify project risks, designate corresponding emergency measures and preventive measures for different project risks, lead the project team to conduct regular project meetings, and form a risk escalation system;

3. Project progress monitoring; grasp the key points of the project, grasp the monitoring frequency, and deal with emergencies;

4. Maintain good communication with customers, coordinate internal and external matters related to the project, form a problem list for the problems existing in the project, and timely solve and feedback to relevant departments;

5. Strong communication skills, proactive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

6. Complete other matters assigned by the leader.

Qualifications

1. College degree or above, practical and responsible, orderly, skilled in the use of office software;

2. Be able to use UG and AutoCAD proficiently to produce drawings for mold modification and processing, and use Office software to make forms and various documents.

3. Those who are familiar with plastic mobile phone protective cases and plastic electronic cigarette products are preferred, and those who have experience in modeling or design are preferred.

4. Have good communication skills, service awareness, and flexibility;

5. Practical and enterprising, have a sense of responsibility, have hard work and team spirit.
