Job Responsibilities

1. Sales management positions, responsible for the main goals and plans in their functional areas;

2. Formulate, participate in or assist the upper management to implement relevant policies and systems;

3. Responsible for the daily management of the department and the management, guidance, training and evaluation of the department's employees;

4. Responsible for the organization's sales operations, including planning, organization, progress control and review;

5. Assist the sales director to set sales goals, sales models, sales strategies, sales budgets and incentive plans;

6. Establish and manage the sales force to complete the sales target;

7. From the perspective of sales and customer needs, provide guidance on product research and development.

Qualifications

1. College degree or above, major in marketing and other related fields;

2. More than 3 years of work experience in the sales industry, working experience in the medical industry and electronic cigarette sales is preferred;

3. With rich customer resources and customer relationships, excellent performance;

4. Have strong market analysis, marketing, promotion ability and good interpersonal communication, coordination ability, analysis and problem-solving ability;

5. Have a strong professionalism and have certain leadership skills.
